I’ve been a customer for a few years now and I have wrote reviews before, but I need to SHOUT OUT LOUD. Nowhere can you find customer service that come anywhere near to these guys at Crafty Pigs. Outstanding service!! Janine and the team are fantastic, I cannot fault their customer service and quality of craftsmanship. Deliveries always arrive on time and more often than not are actually early. I have made thousands of pounds of orders and very rarely have any problems, once or twice a small embellishment has been missing and is always posted out the next day no trouble. I have never had a major issue with anything I have purchased from Crafty Pig and will continue to use them as my main supplier for as long as I continue to trade. Their customer service is impeccable and I have had many items custom designed for myself and each and every time the team bend over backwards to be accommodating. I have tried many other suppliers of mdf some of which are cheaper than Crafty Pig but, none have even come close where quality and reliability is concerned. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much for all that you do.
