Please note turnaround times for each product varies.  Orders with mutliple products will take longer to process.

Laser only orders: 2-5 working days to dispatch, this may be less if the order is small and maybe longer if the order is large.

Acrylic Orders: 2-5 working days

18mm only orders: 2-5 working days

Printed items around 2-5 working days.

Please note that mixed orders will take longer due to the requirement to pass through each department once one department has completely their part, we usually work with 18mm, then laser, then printed items if the order is mixed.

PLEASE NOTE AS WE GET BUSIER FOR SEASONAL ITEMS TURNAROUND TIMES WILL SLIP AND ROYAL MAIL DELAYS WILL AFFECT THINGS.

DURING SEASONAL TIMES SUCH AS THE BUILD UP TO CHRISTMAS AND EASTER/MOTHER’S DAY/FATHER’S DAY TIMESCALES WILL VARY AS WE GET BUSIER.

Please note we have 4 Departments, generic items go straight through to processing/cutting/packing. These are items that do not require any design work at all.

Personalised items wait in a design queue, once designed go through to processing in the departments required to complete the order starting with 18mm then lasered then finally printed.

As you can appreciate this may take time to go through each department as we are cutting/printing lots of orders all at the same time. We do process all orders as quickly as we can but please appreciate that there is a lot of work involved in each order with many different items.
