    In the first instance please email us with your query and information including the item, the order number and the name ordered under.

    Generally we do not accept returns as each or is cut to order.

    We will normally replace the item if there is an issue with it or it arrived damaged, returning a damaged item it just a waste of postage costs as it will most likely be thrown away so to save everyone time and effort we generally replace at our own cost.

Wedding Guest Book Drop Box on plinth (personalised with initials and date and other wording)

Please add additional wording in the orders requirements/additional information box.  We will contact you if the wording won’t fit and you can provide alternative wording.  The design comes with a plinth to sit on as standard or you can have holes to hang the plaque up or place on an easel at your wedding if you do not want holes there is an option to choose no holes and no plinth and it will just come as a frame.

Sizes available:

30cmx30cm square plaque (with heart shaped centre) and plinth 5cm wider – choice of sizes of hearts as standard 50 x 3cm hearts or 27 x 4cm hearts

40cmx40cm square plaque (with heart shaped centre) and plinth 5cm wider – choice of sizes of hearts as standard 90 x 3cm hearts or 50 x 4cm hearts

50cmx50cm square plaque (with heart shaped centre) and plinth 5cm wider – choice of sizes of hearts as standard 100 x 3cm hearts or 60 x 4cm hearts

THIS ITEM DOES NOT COME GLUED TOGETHER

The item is made of 4 layers, the sides will show the different layers of materials and you may wish to glue ribbon to finish the item off but it is not necessary.

The item can be painted on the front, back and plinth.
