In the first instance please email us with your query and information including the item, the order number and the name ordered under.
Generally we do not accept returns as each or is cut to order.
We will normally replace the item if there is an issue with it or it arrived damaged, returning a damaged item it just a waste of postage costs as it will most likely be thrown away so to save everyone time and effort we generally replace at our own cost.

Medium 40x40cm MDF Square Wedding Guest Plaque Drop Box

Please add additional wording in the orders requirements/additional information box.
We will contact you if the wording won’t fit and you can provide alternative wording.

The design comes as standard with 2 feet as shown in photo 3.
If you would like a plinth please select it from the drop down, this is charged at £2.50
If you would like holes to hang, Choose “Holes For Hanging”
If you would like the box without holes for you to place on your own easel, choose “No Feet, No Holes, Basic Shape for Easel”
