Generally we do not accept returns as each or is cut to order.
We will normally replace the item if there is an issue with it or it arrived damaged, returning a damaged item it just a waste of postage costs as it will most likely be thrown away so to save everyone time and effort we generally replace at our own cost.

PLEASE PUT COMMAS (,) BETWEEN MULTIPLE NAMES AS THE SYSTEM DOES NOT RECOGNISE LISTS WHEN IT COMES THROUGH TO US, SO IF ORDERING 4 TOPPERS, PLEASE LIST NAMES AARON, ALFIE, JACK, JOHN AS DOUBLE NAMES SUCH AS AVA ROSE LOOK LIKE TWO NAMES. WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSBILE IF WE CANNOT DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN NAMES ORDERED.
