In the first instance please email us with your query and information including the item, the order number and the name ordered under.
Generally we do not accept returns as each or is cut to order.
We will normally replace the item if there is an issue with it or it arrived damaged, returning a damaged item it just a waste of postage costs as it will most likely be thrown away so to save everyone time and effort we generally replace at our own cost.

PLEASE NOTE THE SMALLEST SIZE FOR ADDING NAMES IS 200MM any smaller and the names are just too brittle and snap

THIS IS AVAILABLE WITH OR WITHOUT A FRAME PLEASE CHECK THE BOX FOR YOUR PREFERENCE

The tree including the frame with be the height you order. So the Frame will be SQUARE i.e. if you order a 200mm high tree with a frame the whole item will be 200mm high and 200mm wide.
