In the first instance please email us with your query and information including the item, the order number and the name ordered under.
Generally we do not accept returns as each or is cut to order.
We will normally replace the item if there is an issue with it or it arrived damaged, returning a damaged item it just a waste of postage costs as it will most likely be thrown away so to save everyone time and effort we generally replace at our own cost.

the names will come out the length the font depicts as the height you have chosen so some will be smaller on the width than others depending on the name.
