    In the first instance please email us with your query and information including the item, the order number and the name ordered under.

    Generally we do not accept returns as each or is cut to order.

    We will normally replace the item if there is an issue with it or it arrived damaged, returning a damaged item it just a waste of postage costs as it will most likely be thrown away so to save everyone time and effort we generally replace at our own cost.

Our plaque is perfect for adding that extra special touch to all crafting designs.

this sign is designed to have the first name, date, time and weight.  If you want additional wording please speak to us first so we can ensure the design can be made to your requirements.  All of these are designed from scratch so do have a waiting time.  Please enter the name, date and time you want incorporating into the plaque.  We reserve the right to make certain words largere or smaller to ensure a good design.  We use our own artistic impression to give the overall appearance.
