In the first instance please email us with your query and information including the item, the order number and the name ordered under.
Generally we do not accept returns as each or is cut to order.
We will normally replace the item if there is an issue with it or it arrived damaged, returning a damaged item it just a waste of postage costs as it will most likely be thrown away so to save everyone time and effort we generally replace at our own cost.

Make Your Own Box Topper – to fit any of our size boxes

You can have any design you wish but please put all details in the box marked BOX TOPPER DESIGN this is where to explain how you want it set out, shapes you want to join and any particular font you would like.

The Box Topper Options refers to whether you want it to have a border round the edge or not, just choose one.

We can create anything you wish with any wording providing it will all fit, but we will do our best, if you want something special for an occasion and we don’t have it already designed use this product to order.
