In the first instance please email us with your query and information including the item, the order number and the name ordered under.
Generally we do not accept returns as each or is cut to order.
We will normally replace the item if there is an issue with it or it arrived damaged, returning a damaged item it just a waste of postage costs as it will most likely be thrown away so to save everyone time and effort we generally replace at our own cost.

dimensions are: 30cm high x 13cm wide butterfly.

Our mdf craft shapes are cut from a variety of thicknesses, 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, 9mm and 18mm as well as 4mm Oak veneer and 19mm Oak veneer.

We are a small family business based in the North West of the UK, we laser cut or cnc cut mdf craft shapes in a variety of materials. We can cut custom orders (there may be a minimum order for these).

WE use CO2 laser machines as well as CNC Router machines for cutting purposes.
