The Crafty Pigs use a total based shipping policy when charging for postage and packaging. Details of the way we calculate this can be found below.

We also allow collection of orders for local customers. Choose collection at the checkout.  We will email you when your order is ready.

We currently use Evri for delivery.  Choose from Standard or 1-2 Day Delivery at the checkout.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY RELATES TO THE DELIVERY ONLY, YOUR ORDER WILL STILL TAKE THE SAME TIME TO PROCESS AS EVERYONE ELSE’S ORDER.

WE DO NOT OFFER AN EXPEDITED SERVICE.

Orders £0.00 – £99.99 – Standard Tracked  £4.25 – 1-2 Day tracked £5.25 choose at checkout both Tracked services.

Orders £100+ POSTAGE IS FREE Standard Tracked  Delivery

Please note we do try to be reasonable with postage charges, the cost of posting doesn’t reflect the packing and boxes used or time packing, we absorb those into our product pricing.

NOTE WE NO LONGER SHIP TO ROI CURRENTLY.

PLEASE NOTE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE WHO YOUR ORDER IS SENT WITH IF A SERVICE BECOMES UNAVAILABLE OR TOO COSTLY. WE MAY SHIP IN 1 OR 2 PACKAGES IF ITEMS ARE TOO BIG TO SEND TOGETHER.

Packaging

We try to look after the environment as much as possible, and to help with this, we may use reclaimed and recycled materials as much as possible, especially for large orders and packaged items.  Therefore larger items may not look as clean as a new parcel box, but it helps us to keep costs down for both ourselves and the customers, whilst helping to protect the Environment.

We use shredded paper for packing the boxes.

We would also recommend that customers re-use packaging where possible to further help protecting our Environment.

Dispatch Information

We may select different ways in which we dispatch our items.

In order to keep costs low and protect our Environment caused by pollution in transit, we may bulk dispatch parcels on the same day, this could result in your order being dispatched a day or two later than the currently advertised estimated dispatch time.

PLEASE NOTE OUR TURNAROUND TIME RELATES TO TIME IT TAKES FROM CLEARANCE OF YOUR PAYMENT TO DESPATCH FROM US,  IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL RECEIVE IT WITHIN THAT TIMESCALE.

Final Terms

> We reserve the right to change the way we calculate our postage at any time.

> Due to postage being beyond our control customers should allow for an additional two days before raising a complaint of missing items.
