these letters comein two pieces the back rattan effect and the top layer for the outside edge.

We would recommend spraying the rattan as paint brushes or rollers will put too much paint in the rattan effect.

Spraying a fine mist slowly and let dry between layers.

Another good idea is to use sponges with very little paint on and dab the mdf to build up coverage.  Let the paint dry between layers.
