    In the first instance please email us with your query and information including the item, the order number and the name ordered under.

    Generally we do not accept returns as each or is cut to order.

    We will normally replace the item if there is an issue with it or it arrived damaged, returning a damaged item it just a waste of postage costs as it will most likely be thrown away so to save everyone time and effort we generally replace at our own cost.

Our frame is perfect for adding that extra special touch to all crafting designs.

This is designed to have your baby’s first year photos to store those special memories of them growing up. The picture openings hold 3 x 2 inches picture and the center opening holds 5 x 7 inches picture. This frame will be personalised with your baby’s name MAXIMUM 12 LETTERS. This is the best way to store your photos of your baby growing up for the 1st year. This was designed to fit in a 30 x 40 Ikea frame.
